All goods presented for purchase on the Simply Soaperior website are subject to availability. If the goods ordered are not in stock at the point you placed your order, we will advise you, and where you have made the payment, we will refund the cost back to the payment method you used when you placed the original order.
The goods you ordered will not be dispatched until your payment has been received by Simply Soaperior.
Ownership, and risk thereof, of the purchase of the goods from Simply Soaperior, will transfer to you upon the delivery of the goods and receipt by us of all sums payable, including any applicable charges.
We will ship orders to the registered address you provided.
Simply Soaperior makes every effort to satisfy your order within three business days unless exceptional circumstances are experienced.
Please be aware that we do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
All orders are shipped Monday to Saturday from 9:00 - 4.00 pm.
All items are delivered by postal or courier services using either Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL.
Some goods may require a signature upon delivery.
Please note, due to carrier shipping practices, the delivery location, method of delivery and the goods ordered, the date of delivery may vary. Your goods may also be delivered in separate shipments.
If you have not received your goods within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we may follow up on this for you.
The standard delivery charge is £3.75 for all orders under £30.
For orders over £30, we offer free shipping when the code (FREE SHIPPING) is applied at checkout.
Goods damaged in transit
If the goods you ordered get damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will then provide you with a refund for the damaged goods, including the postage costs upon us receiving the damaged goods. We may ask for photographic proof of damage before returning to us.
Free collection option
We provide the option for you to collect your goods. If you choose to pick up your goods, please allow 24 hours following placing your order for your goods to be ready for collection.
